Ring and tell me what needs doing. I don't do email, so just pick up the phone. With my experience I can often give you a guide price over the phone.
Visit
I'll come and look at the work and confirm the price. On smaller jobs I can usually do the repair there and then.
The work
I arrive on the day arranged and carry out the work as discussed. Many jobs are completed in a day.

My leather suite is over 10 years old, the arms were split and damaged and the colour was non-existent… It took about 5 hours but I can't express how happy we are. The colour is back, no sign of damage, like a brand new suite. Would definitely recommend them, plus they really tidy up.
